You can cancel your order anytime prior to despatch and up to 14 days after you receive the goods for a full refund, the refund would include the original postage cost paid

(This is just a returns policy - all of our products are sold with an additional shop or manufacture guarantee for faults - usually from 6 to 12 months, depending on item)

If you exercise your right to cancel your order (as no longer required), you will be responsible for returning the goods to Studentphotostore at your own cost, we would recommend Royal Mail Signed For.

Faulty or incorrectly described goods

In the case of faulty or incorrectly described goods, please notify us (as described above), and we will arrange a free collection.

You can choose either a full refund, replacement or a repair 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
